Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Heavensway, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our travelers and our local partners in Kashmir.

1. Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 30 days before departure — 100% refund
  • 15–30 days before departure — 75% refund
  • 7–14 days before departure — 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days — Non-refundable

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our concierge team
  2. Include your booking reference
  3. Provide cancellation reason (if applicable)
  4. Allow 5–10 business days for processing

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of force majeure (natural events, government travel restrictions, medical emergencies), refunds or rescheduling options will be handled individually.

4. Method of Refund

  • Card payments — Refunded to original card
  • Bank transfers — Refunded to originating account
  • Digital payments — Refunded to original method
